The menu: Triple-decker grilled cheese with pimento cheese and tomato jam and oyster jambalaya rockefeller on the half shell.
Beautiful display of Thornloe cheese curated by Pamela Hamel! Thornloe is a Northern Ontario cheese company that is 100% farmer owned, that makes delicious cheese inspired by its hometown Temiskaming.
Christine being inspiring and lovely.
Our oyster jambalaya is one of our southern inspired snacks that we made rockefeller style with Thornloe's 2-year-old cheddar. Delicious when fresh out of the oven!
These were some of the best I've ever had, from Joli Macarons. Flavours include boozy bourbon, doppio espresso and super berry.
We don't seem to go anywhere without our grilled cheese these days! How could we not?
Did we mention Christine is also the chef of her preserves company?
